A stunning blend of whiskey, passion fruit, and honey with a beautiful gradient finish

Ingredients:

  • Jameson Irish Whiskey60ml (2oz)
  • Passion fruit juice30ml (1oz)
  • Honey syrup15ml (0.5oz)
  • Fresh lime juice15ml (0.5oz)
  • Orange bitters2 dashes
  • Orange peel1 piece (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Add whiskey, passion fruit juice, honey syrup and lime juice to shaker with ice
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
  3. Double strain into chilled coupe glass
  4. Float orange bitters on top for sunset effect
  5. Garnish with expressed orange peel

Pro Tip: For the best sunset effect, slowly add the orange bitters over the back of a spoon to create a layered look.

  • Fresh ginger juice15ml (0.5oz)
  • Lime juice20ml (0.7oz)
  • Ginger beer100ml (3.4oz)
  • Fresh mint5-6 leaves
  • Lime wheel1 slice (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Muddle fresh mint in copper mug
  2. Add vodka, ginger juice, and lime juice
  3. Fill with ice and top with ginger beer
  4. Stir gently and garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel

Pro Tip: Use Kenyan ginger for an authentic local flavor. The spicier the ginger, the better the kick!
