Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to Nairobi and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM within Nairobi CBD.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Free delivery is available for orders over Ksh 5,000 within Nairobi.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account on our website.

Delivery Verification

The recipient must be present to receive the delivery and must show valid ID proving they are of legal drinking age. We cannot leave alcohol unattended or with minors.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.
